Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleYour roleAs the Technical Lead for large-scale IT infrastructure and managed services opportunities, you will analyze customer challenges and lead the design and proposal of solutions that balance feasibility and profitability.Acting as a bridge between Sales and Delivery, you will coordinate multiple specialist teams, drive major outsourcing contract renewals and new opportunity acquisition from a technical perspective, build trusted customer relationships, and contribute to transformation, modernization, and customer value creation.What you will do• Analyze the customer's current IT environment and business challenges to define transformation themes• Design IT infrastructure and managed services solutions• Lead proposal development, cost estimation, and contract requirement alignment• Build proposal strategies that integrate technical, sales, contractual, and financial perspectives• Drive alignment with customers and internal/external stakeholders• Lead end-to-end proposal activities through contract closure• Support delivery start-up and handover after contract signingWho You AreRequired skills and experience• Around 5+ years of engineering experience in IT infrastructure• Experience in pre-sales or solution proposal activities• Experience with large-scale infrastructure proposals or architecture design• Experience in customer-facing discussions and stakeholder management• Experience creating technical proposals, estimates, and solution materials• Ability to solve problems from both technical and business perspectives• Strong communication and presentation skills in JapanesePreferred skills and experience• Experience supporting projects for the financial services industry• Broad infrastructure knowledge across Mainframe, Server, Network, and Cloud domains• Experience in IT outsourcing or managed services opportunities• Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead• Experience with revenue management or cost model development• Experience in global projects or work using English• Experience participating in large enterprise deals worth several billion yen or moreBeing YouThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
